Skills
The skills Claude loads in a product repo, and when each one applies.
init installs them into the product repo's .claude/skills/, and
pnpm launch update refreshes them. They are revised as we learn.
They can also be installed on their own, to read or to try: in Claude Code as
a plugin (/plugin marketplace add Intentface/intentface-launch, then
/plugin install intentface-launch@intentface-launch), or in another agent
with the skills CLI
(npx skills add Intentface/intentface-launch). They call the CLI and the
engine throughout, though, so in a product repo install the package with
init instead: it copies the skills that match the installed version, and
update keeps them in step. init does not overwrite skill folders it did
not install, so remove copies from the skills CLI first, and uninstall the
plugin so Claude does not see two copies.
How your team makes its videos belongs in launch/CLAUDE.md, not in the
skills, which update replaces. See
